NERO is an line of functional sculptures, experiential interpretation of the bucchero ceramic technique. An exploration aimed at taking the material beyond its usual canons of aesthetics and use. Maddalena Vantaggi and Studio Lievito recover this ancient material to give it a contemporary and functional reading, declining it in “new” contexts and scenarios.
